Dynamics Dance and Fitness is a fitness studio offering the latest in innovative fitness classes, such as Zumba and Kettlebell Cardio as well as classic training methods, including, Aerobics, Circuit Training and body conditioning.
We have also made a conscious effort to include beginner exercise classes in the timetable to allow new exercisers to try something without the worry of it being too hard.
We wanted to offer people the oppurtunity to try different exercise classes without the obligation to join for 12 months. All sessions are Pay As You Go, although block buying is available.
As well as fitness classes, Dynamics also has one of very few Streetdance classes for adults in Chester and hope to expand the dance provisions in the future.
