1, St John Restaurant
Located in Chester’s city centre, St John Restaurant is part of The Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel, a boutique, 4-star historic complex that is just off the main high street and only moments away from the town’s Roman amphitheatre, racecourse and shops. Suitable for cocktail dates, dinner parties and business dining – St John Restaurant is supper club-esque in its décor and we love the mustard leather booths, wooden floors and dark wooden tables. The modern British menu is a hit with the local gourmet set, and favourites include the lemon sole in a beurre noisette; the duck breast served with bak choi and a teriyaki noodle salad; and the classic rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream.

1539 Restaurant and Bar
Cheshire is well known for its stylish dining and the 1539 Restaurant and Bar at Chester Racecourse heads up the vanguard. Barlounge
Barlounge, located on Watergate Street in Chester, is a fantastically moody boudoir-inspired restaurant ideal for parties and romantic evening meals. Ciro's Brasserie

Conservatory
